The warehouse is open from 11:00 till 19:00, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday it is closed.

We would like you to pay attention to the fact that all items on our site are available either in our store or warehouse.
Before going to pick up a certain item, please, confirm its availability with one of our managers, as some of the items are only available in the store, while other big items (such as, desks or chairs) are available only in our warehouse.

PARCEL STATIONS IN LATVIA, LITHUANIA AND ESTONIA

We use only tested and verified courier services, parcel stations and pickup points – DPD and OMNIVA

All of our deliveries are insured and thoroughly packaged.
If your order is made on a work day before 15:00, your order will be shipped from us on the same day.
From experience, deliveries in Latvia can take up to 1-2 days
In Lithuania and Estonia 2-3 days.

We want to remind you that large items cannot be delivered by these services!

In Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia we use, and recommend that our clients us, the services of Venipak couriers.

Some of our clients, especially those that live in farther corners of our countries, also choose to use the services of their local post offices.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package and destination country.
Shipping time is between 5 to 15 business days.

Attention! All shipped orders are insured. Insurance is paid for by the entity shipping the item and you do not have to pay any additional fees!

We would also like to mention that you always have the right to return your order within 14 days without any explanation! Shipping costs, in the event of an order return, will not be compensated!

BY USING AN INTERNET BANK

Online payments using your internet bank have become even more simple, thanks to Montonio Finance!

When registering your order, you have to select your country and bank that you use (supported countries and banks are constantly being added).

Next, you will be redirected to your bank’s homepage, where, all the information regarding your orders payment will already be filled in.

In your banks homepage – login as usual and, in the system, your payment will have already been filled in with the necessary information. All you have to do is approve the transfer.

The payment needs to be transferred straight into our bank account. Add your order number in the transfer details. Your order will be sent out as soon as we receive payment in our account.

You can pay for your order using your bank card when receiving your order by using any of our courier delivery methods, except, Express courier delivery in Riga.

We would like you to remember that payment when receiving your order is only available for orders delivered within Latvia.
